well the real jack bauer never smiles... that one does all the time.
the only convincing emotion the real jack ever shows is crying and that gets old.
everyone cries.
Tyler is referring to a TV show known as "24" in this show "Jack Bauer" does a lot of crying. Even though Tyler's comments sound like insults to his brother they are not. (just clearing it up)
